Hi, my name is Eric. Thanks for visiting my page about dairy and milk. Dairy may not be as good and healthy as you think and as the dairy industry wants you to believe. Milk may not give you the calcium you need. Read this article to see why.
Milk is not the only known source of calcium. People can live without milk, I read milk doesn't really keep your bones strong. I've been dairy free since the summer of 1998 and I'm fine. I get calcium from a dairy free milk from www.vancesfoods.com. It has a good and creamy taste and has as much calcium as cow's milk is suppose to give you. Soy milk or rice dream found in your grocery store is also a good choice. Orange juice and some vegetables also contain calcium.
Dairy free ice cream is also available in grocery stores. A few brands are Tofutti, Rice Dream, and Soy. Imagine Foods manufacturers Soy Dream and Rice Dream.

You can subscribe to the Free Not Milk Newsletter by sending a blank e-mail to notmilk-subscribe@yahoogroups.com. If you have a spam filter on your e-mail, it may mistaken filter the newsletter out as junk e-mail, also known as SPAM. The e-mail address the newsletter comes from is notmilk@yahoogroups.com which you can add to your list of safe e-mail address to bypass the spam filter. (Most spam filters have such a list.) If you don't have a spam filter, you shouldn't have to worry about any of this.
Please tell your friends and family about milk. Milk may also cause ear infections in children and stop drinking milk would make their ear infection go away. Stop drinking milk and consuming or limiting dairy products can make a lot of diseases go away or even prevent diseases.
