Diagnostic Laboratory to test for the peptides of casein and gluten, toxic
metals, and more. The peptides of casein and gluten test would show if casein and/or gluten is affecting the brain.
I've been on a dairy and gluten free diet since June, 1998 not counting the
few time I cheated. The first time I cheated was 4-5 months after I
started the diet and that time I ate half of one slice of pizza during lunch in
the 11th grade in high school. When I started
eating that pizza, I actually could feel something going on in my brain.
That was a surprise to me because I wasn't thinking I was actually going to feel
what I felt. I stopped eating the pizza. I'm not making this up and it's not in my head.
That is when I first realized dairy and gluten affects me and studies have
shown it can also affect other people with autism and related disorders.
Parents of autistic children have seen improvement in their child after starting
the diet. Some parents notice improvement a week after on the diet.
Others notice improvement 3 months after on the diet, but it can take as long as
1 year for the peptides to be removed from the brain.

Autistic children have shown to have high levels of mercury in the body.
Hair is more reliable at testing for toxic metals if its been longer then 50
days since exposure. If its been lesser then 50 days or just a few weeks
since exposure, blood would be worth testing.
