6.  Warn childbearing women and parents about mercury and other toxic metals.  It's important for parents to make sure the vaccines their child receives are Thimerosal free.  48 of the U.S. states have a religion exemption for those who don't want to vaccinate.  Childbearing women and infants should avoid seafood with high levels of mercury (tuna, swordfish, shark, king mackerel, tilefish, etc.)  Childbearing women should also avoid dental fillings with mercury.

7.  Contact your congressmen and senators with issues such as mercury and/or aluminum in vaccines.  Tell them to support mercury free and aluminum free and toxic free vaccines.  Tell your congressmen to be against giving drug companies and vaccine makers liability protection from vaccine injury including death, autism, ADHD, and others.  Tell your congressmen autism and ADHD diagnosis's have increased in the last 10 years when new vaccines were beginning to be added.  Tell your congressmen those new vaccines added more mercury exposure from Thimerosal to infants.

Autism is the 3rd most common developmental disorder - more common then Down Syndrome or cystic fibrosis
